VOZIQ AI kicked off the new year by holding its #Build2023, the annual that marked a significant milestone for the company, individual teams, and every team member. The retreat venue was buzzing with excitement as teammates worldwide gathered and met each other after a long hiatus since the COVID-19 pandemic forced office closure and started remote work in 2020.

2022 was one of the best years for VOZIQ AI and looking back at it, we can proudly say that all the hard work and dedication of the VOZIQ AI family paid off and we achieved many more accomplishments than we initially set out to accomplish.

One of the most significant achievements we can celebrate as a team is that we perfected our operations, process, and solution delivery. Our unwavering commitment to excellence resulted in achieving 100% customer retention for VOZIQ AI. This is a strong testament to the fact that our customers trust us to deliver innovative solutions that meet their specific needs, and we always strive to exceed their expectations year after year.

The three-day retreat started with the launch of the #Build2023 yearbook, where over 16 VOZIQ AI leaders summarized the work they and their teams have been doing. These topics ranged from Data Engineering to Product Architecture to Data Science and Solution Delivery. VOZIQ AI’s strong intellectual bandwidth and R&D capabilities, which are essential to delivering highly complex solutions, are on display in this yearbook. Meant for the VOZIQ AI team, the yearbook helped in bringing the team of 80+ product, engineering, data science and growth professionals on the same page about the work it takes to create an AI-powered enterprise solution.

Over the next three days, leaders from VOZIQ AI’s IT, AI Center of Excellence (ACE), and Sales & Marketing teams spoke about their contribution to a successful 2022. They highlighted how the IT team perfected its deployment scripts, how the AI Center of Excellence team has spearheaded the AI R&D and is partnering with VOZIQ AI customers to accelerate the business impact, and how the Sales & Marketing team is driving growth on a foundation of solid customer success over the years.

There were also various activities, such as fun games, talent shows, team-building tasks, and a sports outing, which allowed the team to showcase their skills and brought out the competitive spirit in the team while also reinforcing the importance of collaboration and teamwork. The team outing was a perfect way to wrap up the retreat and solidify the connections and bonds that had been formed over the retreat

It was followed by another significant milestone – the reopening of our new office to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The new office space is situated in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, India, It is a hub for leading information technology and engineering companies, such as Google, Dell, Oracle, Deloitte, Accenture, Novartis, and Bank of America, among many others.

As we transition to this new way of working, we have placed emphasis on the work-play culture that makes us unique. Our team members have always been encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work, and we will continue to do so. The reopening of the office is an opportunity to celebrate how we are building a cutting-edge, transformational product that is changing the way businesses engage with their customers.

The #Build2023 was not just an event, but a celebration of our achievements and a new chapter in our journey. It was truly a reminder of why we do what we do and the impact we make on our customers’ businesses.
