Suresh Akula

Suresh has 20+ years of experience in designing and implementing high-performance technology solutions. He presently leads the design and implementation of big data solutions for VOZIQ and its customers.

He is an expert in enterprise architecture, a key discipline for both strategic planning and effective execution. Another key area of interest for Suresh is the integration of disjointed applications through portal software, unified reporting frameworks, and web services.

Sunil Issar, Ph.D.

Senior Director and Head of Professional Services

Specialties: IVR optimization, Natural language (NLU) interfaces, Multi-channel and cross-channel interfaces, Speech recognition (ASR) technologies.

Sunil has 30+ years of extensive experience designing innovative self-care solutions using advanced speech and natural language technologies for renowned companies in various sectors.

Sunil holds 2 US patents for his research in natural language processing and IVR optimization. He is a hands-on technologist with demonstrated success in optimizing business metrics and user experience through a mix of self-care, multi-modal and contact center technologies.

Prior to VOZIQ, Sunil worked as a Technology Consultant at Avaya, and before that, served as Senior Director at Convergys

Brandon has 20+ years of experience working Home Security and Automation industry across a wide range of over a variety of operational and customer-facing functions, including: customer care, tech support, sales management, supply chain management, IT, BI, strategic planning and management, data modeling/simulations/forecasts, and employee training.

This broad experience has uniquely equipped Brandon to approach, analyze and solve a wide range of operational and CX challenges with the help of data and analytics.

Prior to VOZIQ, Doug worked as Director of Strategic Accounts at Mirantis and before that, as Major Account Executive at NICE Systems.
